Shustar make great products, quality products. They are not the cheapest, but then again, why should they be? I would happily pay a little more for something and receive something of worth. Cutting corners in this regard can be wasteful rather than money saving in some instances. I thought all torches of the same design were made the same, but I was wrong there. Everything about these Shustar torches is improved over the others I sell. The threads are noticeably smoother for one, they feel more substantial for another (thicker metal maybe?). This particular torch comes with a ring for attaching to your belt which is handy. The torch also has 3 modes of lighting - strobe, low beam and high beam. As with all the rest of the torches you cycle through these modes by pressing lightly on the on / off switch. Just the one AA battery is all that is needed to provide a lot of light. A very nice looking torch and one that feels good in the hand. Top marks.
